No pic - but I just used pre-made Buitoni 3 cheese tortellini and pesto. I like to quickly crisp up my tortellini in a saute pan with a little olive oil to stop it being soggy. Then I add the pesto.
Thursday July 4 - BBQ at Mom's - (bringing Key Lime Pie and possibly Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies if I don't make/eat them before then)

Recipe coming soon! |
I have the easiest recipe for you, thanks to Amanda Taylor. Go to HEB and get a boneless pork shoulder butt and in the Cooking Connection and pick up the HEB brand Green Chili Stew Pic here: http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/2/9/2/3/6/ar129395981963292.JPG
ReplyDeleteIn a crock pot: put the pork shoulder in, cover with 1/2 the jar of stew. Cook on low for 8 hours.
DONE.
Bonus recipe: Use the leftovers for pork quesadillas. Tortilla, monterrey jack cheese, & pork. YUMM-O!
Enjoy :)
